Linonel Messi is arguably the most talented player in the world today. Currently playing for the Catalonian giants today, he is said to be the Maradona of his generation. One only needs to see him in the field to understand how true this is. He handles the ball with such dexterity you would be forgiven for thinking its glued to his leg.

The only player who could be compared to Messi is Christiano Ronaldo. Currently playing for Real Madrid he is in a class of his own too.

He started playing football at a very tender age and was adopted by Barcelona when they saw the potential in him. He was quick to flourish and not even a growth hormone deficiency could keep him down.


Currently under coach Pep Guardiola he seems to be in his best form ever. And that not just where his story ends. He might just go on to become one of the best players in history.
